In Japanese, ‘Kakure’ means ‘present (in form) yet absent (from sight), and this exclusive hideaway in the heart of Central is a hidden treasure worth the effort of hunting down for their Edomae-style sushi and sashimi, teppanyaki and a wide range of Japanese delights. Fresh seafood is flown in daily from Japan to the sushi bar; prized Hida Wagyu is a speciality of the teppanyaki grill; and gracious Ginza-style service is a highlight of the bar, featuring over 120 rare & vintage whiskies and signature Asian cocktails.
